Aircraft that are MPRS configured will even be able to refuel two receiver aircraft at the same time with pods mounted under the wings of the aircraft.

The Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker is a tanker that has seen long service life under the United States Air Force for aerial refueling missions, and some have been retrofitted multiple times to remain active. The KC-135 Stratotanker provides fuel through a flying broom and may be controlled by the boom operator. With special pods, the KC-135 Stratotanker can refuel two receiver aircraft simultaneously.
