Honeywell’s obtains EASA certification for its new state of the art satellite system for communication and on board entertainment. This satellite system commonly known as the JetWave high speed hardware is to be equipped with Inmarsat GX Aviation, one of the best broadband network that provides service in the most distant areas across the globe.
The newly obtained EASA form certification will allow Jetwave to be equipped and installed into the Airbus’ A319 aircraft. With installment, it is to enhance connectivity in every device that would require Wi-Fi during air time. Honeywell Company's main goal by new innovative technology is to give users,” access to a stable “Wi-Fi in the Sky” experience allowing them to easily surf the net, check email, download large files, shop online, make video calls and access movies on demand without a drop-in service, even when flying over oceans.”
The latest networking system has created some waves in the networking industry. Many airlines and other major business jet manufacturers have been attracted by how impressive the JetWave system has been able to perform and there for have been on the search to be able to obtain such system.

Not only has the JetWave been approved for a EASA but it also meets requirements to be approved for the FAA safety, environmental and installing standards.
